If you've ever thought, even for a second, about trying Crossfit come down to Spanish Fork Crossfit.
I was scared of trying it out because I wasn't "strong" enough, or "fit" enough and because I still had weight to lose.
Well finally after 6 months of that thinking I decided to just try it out. YOU GUYS, everyone here is amazingly friendly, and the least judgmental people ever. Everyone is there to support you and cheer you on. I LOVE Spanish Fork Crossfit!

My wife and I just finished our first two months with Spanish Fork Crossfit and have absolutely loved it. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful with new beginners. They'll make sure you use proper technique with the exercises and help you push yourself beyond what you think you can do. The other members are an instant support crew to help push you on and friends that you'll look forward to seeing everyday. The cost is very reasonable considering the quality of coaching you'll receive and equipment you'll have access to. I don't know how many pounds of fat I've lost or muscle I've gained, but my overall weight is down 14 pounds in these last two months and I'm thrilled about that! Thanks, Spanish Fork CrossFit!
