DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very UNPROFESSIONAL employees! I was trying to make an appointment for the day they had discounts but they refused to give me one because "my price was already discounted". A fun fact, I was never told that my price was discounted until I called to make a reservation for the day of the discount (I already did three sessions with them), and what a surprise was for me to hear about it when I wanted to apply for one. I have decided to double-check with the employee I did it the first time and she confirmed that I was given a STANDARD price with no discounts! When I called them to clarify the information I was redirected to a manager, who said she was also a co-owner of the salon and she started to ARGUING AND BEING RUDE. When I tried to explain that I was never told about receiving a discount before she just said "I have no time for you, I have a client" and she hung up on me. I was trying to call them to cancel my upcoming appointment but they just kept redirecting me to voicemail. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED by the quality of service and DO NOT RECOMMEND to deal with these people, who cannot even be polite and have some time to answer your questions. I am not a person who can argue or be rude with someone and I am hurt being treated like that. I could add a lot of things the lady told me but I will just inform you that this is not the place where you are treated with respect and high quality of customer service. I've been receiving treatments for lazer hair removal as well as facials by esthetician Sofia Rodrigues. She is wonderful and so knowledgeable. The lazer can be uncomfortable for me and she is always so kind and patient. I've been having adult acne breakouts around my jaw line/chin area. Always have a fun time at Spa Noa. The spa location is perfect, near the Dulles toll road and Reston parkway. Parking is free and there are shops and restaurants near by. First visit today and I'm already booked for next month! I was greeted immediately upon entry by Maria. Checked in, completed paperwork and offered a beverage. The atmosphere was relaxing and spa like. I was escorted back to the pedi bowl and met Phuong. She's super sweet and accommodating with gentle hands. She spent a significant time scrubbing the dead skin off with a emery board (no cheese graters here!). Selected a pretty color and enjoyed a foot massage. Phuong was referred by a close friend whom she remembers and is conveniently located near work. However Phuong is generally available there on Sunday only. It works out fine for my schedule.Next was my first ever in life SNS experience after giving my nails a break this summer. ILim explained the process to me vs gel. I agreed to continue with the appointment since I'm curious of the longevity of SNS. The only thing that caught me off guard was the amount of clipping around my cuticle. It was wayyy more than what I'm accustomed too but we were full steam ahead. After Ilim's Demi of 3 colors on acrylics, I selected a Neutral dip color with a hint of pink and sparkle. It's subtle and looks like my natural nail bed. I like the results, no uv light is needed but I have to get used to feeling like my nails are bubble wrapped given that I've had little man action this summer. I can't say enough good things about Alicia at Spa Noa. I went there for a little laser hair removal, and the results I saw were better than I've ever seen before. She used the "Yag" laser which I hadn't tried before, and this time I actually saw permanent hair removal (finally!). She introduced me to the carbon-laser skin treatment, and it made my skin shine. I went to Spa Noa recently and really enjoyed my experience. I was welcomed when I arrived and offered something to drink. I had an appointment for a pedicure. The pedicure area was clean and the machines were modern and very nice.I really enjoyed how relaxing it was. I think it was one of the first places where the technician didn't try to talk to me, which was so nice. I just wanted to relax and read my book. I like that the technicians didn't talk to each other obsessively back in forth like they do in most places. It was so relaxing. The whole experience was amazing, I fell asleep. Today I visited Spa Noa for the first time. The atmosphere was very welcoming and location is great! My esthetician Sofia did an outstanding facial - she is very careful and gentle. Plus I got hands treatment as a bonus, so now not only my face feels very soft but hands as well. It's amazing! On top of that I told Sofia about my skin sensitivity and some of my concerns and she recommended a variety of products that will help me make my skin feel better. I purchased one of them right away and exited to try it out. If you ever go to Spa Noa (and you definitely should!), ask for Sofia - she is literally the best! I'll be definitely coming back! More...

Spa Noa has great customer service and talented hair stylists! April at the front desk is always so pleasant and both times I have gone in she has squeezed me in last minute. Nethal does an amazing job with my hair and needs almost no direction from me to completely understand what I want and make it look amazing. She recently cut off more than 12 inches and the end result was exactly what I had envisioned and more. Oh and Linda gives great scalp massages when she shampoos :).
