I have used Southern Waters on a weekly basis for past 2 years. Absolutely love the service they provide and their communication. In 2 years I haven't had one complaint on the cleanliness of my unit. The one time a very picky guest had an issue...Southern Waters was there within an hour to address it. Their linen pool takes all the stress away from the owner...it is worth every penny. I no longer have to worry about my washer and dryer doing all the laundry on turn over day, or having enough linens in the unit...they take all dirty laundry off site, and provided a full set of clean linens for the unit every week. Easy communication via email, text or phone and a weekly receipt to let you know unit has been cleaned. Absolutely LOVE this company! The owners go above and beyond what anyone else does to make their customers happy. The cleaning is outstanding and they have amazing employees. Spring break and summer are a crazy time at PCB and the work is always 100% When there is a problem the owners will show up personally and fix what ever you need.
