My husband and I booked Southern Valet as transportation for our wedding and were so glad we did! The drivers were friendly, professional, and punctual, and they made sure everyone got home safely from our reception. They were also very affordable for the services provided. After booking them for our guests, we were so impressed that my husband and I even booked an SUV to transport us back to our hotel at the end of the evening. I was parked on Saturday in a lot managed by Southern Valet, and my truck would not start. I had no jumper cables and was in a small panic since I was alone. A Southern Valet manager, Jason Armstead (sp?) had arrived to check on the lot and saw my problem - and so kindly said he would jump off the vehicle. Turned out to be a bit more complicated, the security system was miscuing, causing the vehicle not to start, and he looked in the manual and then asked Google for a solution, implemented it, and my truck started up beautifully! I was amazed at how well I was treated and very grateful that Jason was there! I felt that Jason was an amazing ambassador for Southern Valet! More...

OMG, I just had the most OUTSTANDING service from a gentleman named MARVIN who works at one of the busiest hospitals in Columbia, S. C. My husband recently had a massive stroke with complications. When we arrived at the hospital there was not a parking space available anywhere. My husband was bleeding and is unable to speak. My first encounter was not very pleasant trying to get someone to help me with my car, and I was not sure what I was going to do to get parked and get my husband into the doctor's office. Out of nowhere Marvin appeared and told me "I've got this handled. You take care of your husband and don't worry". He kept repeating "I'm taking care of this for you" What a blessing he was. Not only did he find a parking place that did not exist, but he was the most courteous and attentive to our needs. Southern Valet is fortunate to have a man of this calibre' working for them. With the treatment that we received, I was sure that he had to be the owner of Southern Valet. I was singing his praises inside the cardiologists office and everyone in the office said that has to be "Marvin". he is absolutely incredible and always puts everyone first. Thanks, Marvin. You made me feel like royalty and helped me get first aid for my husband and I shall never forget the kindness and professionalism that you expressed to us that day. If only the world had more Marvins' what a wonderful world this would be. GOD bless this man. Every Company would be blessed and proud to be represented by such an outstanding employee as MARVIN!!! If a CEO is reading this and looking for someone to make their company look absolutely fantastic, you need to scout out this hospital and see if you can hire Marvin. It would only take one day and your customer ratings would soar'! Marvin your Mother sure did an outstanding job teaching you the importance and value of other people. These guys were so great to work with when coordinating shuttles to my wedding. We had our ceremony and reception in a state park up a long mountain road, and we were nervous about getting everyone there safely in time for the ceremony. We set up assigned shuttles for guests, and had a specific timeline for pick-ups planned out for drivers to follow. A very complicated plan, and they were wonderful!! We used Southern Shuttles (their business name for the shuttle services instead of valet) for our wedding transportation for our guests from our hotel in downtown Columbia to our venue near Lake Murray.
We had about 80% of our people traveling from out of town and planning logistics was proving to be extra stressful. When I called and spoke with Kristy she put me at ease. She explained several options for getting our guests across town...during rush hour....on a Friday. I felt at ease after our conversation and was pleased with the pricing.
Kristy and I chatted again about a week or so before the big day and she had me at ease. We had 2 shuttles booked and they were able to get me and my gals to the venue while the other shuttle went to pick up the gentlemen across town. One shuttle headed downtown to get a group of family members and bring them back to the venue earlier than the rest of the guests. Both shuttles then headed back downtown to pick up our guests at the hotel. (They were dropped off right on schedule at the venue.)
The day of Kristy sent me her personal number, as well as the drivers names and numbers. I felt very well taken care of and much less worried about everyone arriving on time. Our driver arrived about 15 minutes early! We had plenty of time to get our stuff together and get on the bus, no rush!
Both drivers were extremely professional. They even indulged us with playing music we requested on the radio. Both shuttles were extremely clean as well. The was a minor snafu in our timeline at the venue, but the drivers made sure we were picked up and taken to our hotel at the end of the night.
I HIGHLY recommend southern shuttles for your transportation needs!

I was in Greenville for a Bachelor Party and the NCAA Tournament last March. We had a group of 14 guys, all from out of town, so we decided to use Southern Valets Transportation to shuttle us around town for the weekend instead of needing to rent cars or order 5 Ubers to get people around all St Patty's Day weekend. Best decision we could have made! We got picked up from the hotel in a sweet 14 passenger Van, with plenty of room for some bigger guys, got dropped off right in front of the arena and then picked up after the games to take us back to the hotel later that night after hitting up the bars after the bar. Used them again the next day to take us around Greenville to 3 different Local Breweries. They were always prompt and professional to respond to questions i had before getting into town, they were ontime for every pick up, our driver was friendly, great service all around. We used Southern Valet for a minibus to/from our rehearsal dinner on the Spirit of Lake Murray, and they were great! Marvin, our driver was so nice and accommodating even when we decided to go to the Vista after the
dinner.
We also used their buses to transport our guests to the wedding/reception site at the Millstone at Adam's Pond. It was kind of

Southern Valet was the perfect transportation choice for us for our wedding. We booked everything about a year in advance, except for transportation. We waited until about three weeks before our wedding to book, but Southern Valet did not seem bothered at all. We had crazy drop off locations and they were totally fine with all of that. We booked the SUV and the luxury car. Both were fantastic - clean, comfortable, and appealing to the sight. Southern Valet was the icing on top of the cake when it came to my wedding day. I used their transportation services in the form of a bus to drive my whole bridal party around on the big day. They drove all the groomsmen and briesmaids out to the church and then after the wedding drove us all around Columbia to take wedding photos, these photo's turned out great and were truly something we could never have done without southern valet.
