My husband and I had breakfast there this morning. Jay was amazing…super helpful, attentive, and polite. The pumpkin muffin is the best pumpkin muffin I’ve ever had, and the breakfast burrito was also delicious. Jay made us a southern frost, and a latte, and both were really good. The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly, and I loved the Christian music playing in the background. We have definitely found our new breakfast spot! More...

I am a native Charlestonian and my city is known for its shrimp and grits. well, I am sorry to say that Charleston has nothing on the Shrimp & grits at Southern Harvest! it was the BEST I have tasted! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was like none other! Our hats off to the owners and staff. We went back the next day and the meal was just as good, the pork chops, chicken tenders and chicken wings were off the chain. I don't think I've had food that tasted this good in years! My husband likes fried chicken and considers himself a fried chicken expert. ...lol...he said they have the best chicken he has ever tasted! Hot food! I don't think I've ever had a meal out that was served to me smoking from the heat ( certainly didn't ever sit under a heating lamp). I had the burrito wrap with chicken tenders, bacon, Mac & cheese and Buffalo sauce......I can't even put into words how delicious this was. Side dishes.....I feel like they are usually fillers and don't ever really taste that good.....these sides dishes WATCH OUT! The mac & cheese is how Mac & cheese should always be and the yams are the best I have ever tasted and they didn't even have Marshmallows in them! I don't even like okra but I ordered it because the meal I ordered came with 2 sides....if okra tasted this good, I would have always liked okra. ok so I say food was good but what about the service? friendly, kind, courteous, attentive, fast and made you feel like you were the only customer there even though they were busy. checked on us, made sure we were good and even seemed sincerely interested in making sure we were happy with everything. looking forward to having breakfast next time! I’ve lived here for 5 years and have always wanted to dine here! Now I’m beating myself up because I’ve been riding past GREATNESS! ! Oh my! I decided to bring my daughter here for a pre prom breakfast. This was the BEST decision 😍 We ordered Mississippi Shrimp & Grits 10/10 ⭐️ Cloud Nine Stack 10/10 ⭐️ Breakfast Sandwich On Toast 10/10 ⭐️ Sweet Tea 10/10 ⭐️ Arnold Palmer 10/10 ⭐️ I also ordered Collard Greens to go 10/10 ⭐️ The food AMAZING ☺️ The quality of everything we ordered was fresh 😉 The blueberry stack had whole fresh blueberries throughout! The Shrimp & Grits were SOOOO FLAVORFUL HOT AND DELICIOUS 😋 The Pancakes were plate sized fluffy and Fresh 😄 I also met the owners! They were so kind and loving! I love it here!!
