What’s your signature dish?
There’s a few. Our customers love our baked chicken, shrimp & grits, bloodies, and cinnamon rolls.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Asking our customers there likes and preferences and then showing what we’ve done at past events. We also think it’s very important to be flexible with menu items we’re not use to.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that our customers and guests really enjoy the food

The desire to share our tasty southern cooking with others
