They got here on time and they even cleaned a hallway besides the room they were hired for. They said two or four hour dry time but it was actually three days, and I guess they were likely humid days; muggy days in south central Texas are very muggy and interfere with carpet drying! I like that, unlike the mainstream carpet company, you can actually retain these guys for one room. I'm a person on a fixed income and I would like to "break up" my carpet cleaning because my entire home is pretty much carpet. More...

We had Alex come to our house to do an entire steam clean. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he went above and beyond and came back a second time to touch some areas up. South Texas Carpet guys are excellent. Their phone operator, however, got a lot of the information wrong. Which caused the real carpet guys to run around the wrong side of the town and on the wrong date. I am glad I called them.
