Fantastic landscapes abound in Bend, Oregon when the summer sun spreads speculative light on gardens. Driving around with a camera to use as sample images for my upcoming landscape project, I met with Source Landscape and Design because I liked their style. In our first meeting, I described my design idea as no maintenance and Asian. The front yard was challenging because it had a tiny footprint. I wanted the front-scape to served as a portal to my backyard. I asked them to turn my backyard into an Asian painting.Source Landscape and Design transformed a flat stamp lot backyard into my private retreat. Now, I have people taking pictures of my front yard, but it is a shame they can't experience my back yard oasis.It takes an artist to create art.
