Y’all… OMG 🤤 😋 10 out of 10!!!! 🥇 🏆 🙌 Eleni Adkins has OUTDONE herself! Everything in the bakery is stocked. Her bagel sandwiches and quiches were excellent! Fresh squeezed OJ. The baguette 🥖… just came out of the oven. You can eat in the outside seating or take to go. The bagels are excellent particularly if you like them done in the more traditional way of a chewy crust and soft inside. The garlic schmear was so savory . The staff was super friendly and proud of their work. Go give them a try; you won't be disappointed. More...

I hired Elani and Tommy for a private chef's dinner for a girl's weekend and 50th birthday celebration for 8 of us. Tommy came up with a delicious 5-course menu and specialty cocktail for the event. They brought everything needed, including martini glasses for the cocktails, prepped, cooked, served and cleaned up so quickly and efficiently. Food and service was amazing and planning was stress free! Definitely a 5-star experience and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Elani and Tommy for a delicious and very memorable experience!! There is nothing I enjoy more than visiting hillbilly’s for an ice cold bottle of orange Nehi soda and some of the most amazingly delicious locally made macaroons you’ll ever grace your mouth with trying! The conversation is always one of my favorites too, from joking around to picking the owner’s brain on canning techniques! I absolutely LOVE the local hot honey and every type of bread I’ve tried so far has been so delicious we’ve eaten in in record timing! The produce is always fresh and amazing as well! What inspired you to start your own business?
Our story is simple, the bakery became a reality after a group of salty sailors came together to bake delicious bread for our local communities. Providing authentic sourdough loaves has evolved to providing an expanding variety of products and now catering services.
