The cupcakes are super delicious and the male owner was very customer friendly, so on that I recommended a very good friend try them out in getting a cake for his daughter's 16th (milestone) birthday. He placed the order and texted a pic of what he wanted, at their request. He asked several time s if there's anything else needed and was told no. Upon arrival (TODAY) to pick up the cake. the female owner said they didn't have an order for him. She put his # in her phone and up pops the text exchange. She proceeds to blame her staff and tells him the cake is not ready because he didn't pay for it up front, something she never asked. Horrible service. She couldn’t even get off a personal call to take the order and make it. Asks “what do you want?” very rudely DURING her personal phone call.
The first time I came there I didn’t have this issue with service but my coffee cup had a leak from the bottom and I got home and the coffee had leaked into my car, I called and told them and they didn’t even offer to refund me. Needless to say after two bad experiences I won’t be back.
Edited to say I brought the issue up and apparently it was the manager or owner who was on the call, she said it was for an interview but listening to the nature of the call it definitely wasn’t.

I’ve been wanting to go for awhile but never had an opportunity until now. My mom and sister accompanied me and we all got the restaurant week special which was Bacon, egg and cheese on a buttermilk garlic and cheddar biscuit. To say it was delicious is the understatement of the century it was scrumdiddlyumptious!! So savory and filling. The speciality s’mores latte tasted like childhood dreams being fulfilled. Tried Crave this morning for brunch! Had their B-E-C on giant cheese biscuit with a toasted coconut latte. The food was excellent and the staff was great! We met presumably what was the owner when she stopped outside to ask how we were enjoying our food. She even showed us the new restaurant opening soon. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend! I simply can’t recommend this bakery enough!!!!!!! I stopped in today to get cupcakes for my Dads birthday, when I got there they had closed early for some construction.
The owner came out and after finding out what I had come for gave me 2 packs of cupcakes and some cinnamon rolls for free! This generosity saved the day and made me a customer for life!!!!
The cupcakes were divine with a perfect ratio of cake to frosting. They all had edible glitter accents which was a magical touch! If you are looking to a sweet treat after a long day or treats for your next event this is the place to go!!!!!
