As a born Healer, I help form a healthy connection between the Mind, Body and Soul. It's been my goal to provide Integrative Therapy holistically to encourage healing and well-being on all levels

Often when faced with grief, or a traumatic event, it's difficult to see a path forward. My goal is to help you pave a new path for yourself and heal from what has prevented you from moving forward in life, release your fears, and heart aches. My goal is to help you remove old blocks, provide you with tools that will enrich your life and empower you to be open to find your self worth, set up boundaries, be more resilient, unconditionally loving, and the truest, best version of yourself with endless possibilities.
Life has not always been easy for me, but it has always been my greatest teacher. With each experience, I've learned more about who I am, who I want to be and how to navigate through the world with more resilience, compassion, and joy in my heart. There is no sugar coated way to say this, I'm in recovery for 22 years I am a survivor of physical, sexual, & emotional abuse, financial difficulties, relationship, family, PTSD, ADHD, children with learning disabilities, alcoholism, eating disorders, the list goes on. I no longer wish to hide my past, instead I yearn to share my stories and use the darkest part of my life as inspiration and motivation to help empower others.
