We specialize in Soul Food with a twist. We incorporate different cultural backgrounds into our Soulful dishes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
In order to create the perfect menu, we must first know the occasion, have a headcount and know what the budget is.
What do you love most about your job?
Catering to others is an act of love. Food is a staple in all cultures and typically is what brings us all together. If I can bring people together with great food, I have accomplished a very important task.
