What do you love most about your job?
I help my clients move from unhealthy frameworks, that are holding them back, into their bests selves. It is such a privilege to be a part of their journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began as a writer, investigating my own traumas and cycles of destructive behaviors. As I began to heal and make real change, I realized that I had a responsibility to help others.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should only choose me if you are serious about doing deep soul work and fully committed to positive change. I do not work with those who are addicted to their own chaos. Serious inquiries only, please.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am very flexible and can work in the way my clients are most comfortable. (Phone/ Zoom/ FaceTime/ etc..) If a client is willing to travel, I can see them in my office. Will only travel for group events, usually.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I remain flexible as to the clients needs and can work in person or remotely.

Reframing issues of trauma, abandonment, and low self-esteem. Helping clients to come into their best self to become effective in all areas of their life. A well rounded approach. Includes guided meditation per clients request.
Guided Meditation
I provide clients with 30 min guided meditation to unlock unhealthy patterns that are blocking them from being effective. Included with Spiritual Identity Coaching package but can be done separately.
