Perfect pierogi, totally consistent with their size and filling, with dough that’s strong enough to hold a huge scoop of potato filling without being chewy. The pierogi are a delicious blank canvas for the compound butters (paprika-garlic, hands down) and the caramelized onions. Sure, you can go a step further with crispy pork belly, or chorizo, or some super smoky kielbasa - but the pierogi are great on their own. My only complaint is that I have to step up my own pierogi-making game because these have become the gold standard! More...

I just had the Philly and it was delicious! Blue cheese, Tabasco compound butter, steak, white American cheese, caramelized onions, sour cream, and Pierogis! !! The flavors were married expertly and the portioning of each element of the dish was perfection. I've experienced offerings from your truck three times and each time got something different. There is consistency in both your product and service. This is a rare find these days! I also want to borrow a compliment from my friend Mike after visiting your truck.
