Over the years I have worked with Chef Sonya, she has assisted me on several catering jobs both in California and Arizona. Chef Sonya is extremely talented and very skilled, Sonya can cook anything, but it’s her Mexican Cuisine, the Taco Bars with all the fixings, appetizers and cheese boards, not only delicious, but beautifully displayed.
