My driver Timothy was super friendly!! Got an alert with a picture of the driver and info ! Great piece of mind!!! SUV was super clean. . arrived early and great conversationalist! Edit: my return pick up was with Khari. He was fantastic ! Arrived early at the airport! So friendly .. made the ride go fast! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I've tried calling 5 different departments and the same woman keeps answering the phone, who is rude, answers no questions, hung up on me twice, and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor or anyone else in the department besides her. Furthermore, she could not explain why she needed me to email my credit card information, when I'd already entered supposedly securely on the website. Every time I call back, no matter what department you dial, you get her. Yesterday afternoon, i finally got someone else, and he put me on hold for twenty minutes until the call center finally closed and then an after hours agent picked up and said she couldn't help me because they were closed for the day. I called back today and the same person, Stephanie picked up and I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said he was with a client meeting and said she could take a message. I said I had done that twice already and would prefer to hold. After 15 minutes, she picked up the phone and hung up. When I called back, she said, "do you really want to hold for 2 hours while he's in a meeting?". Refused to give me his email, and could only provide the generic customer service email address, which I'm sure she will answer....considering she's already answering the calls to 5 alleged departments. I've contacted my lawyer. The Groupon legal department, who has opened an investigation. And will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank's investigation department next. More...

Company is a joke, called about their groupon before I purchased to make sure it fit exactly what was needed. Was told it was fine and proceeded to purchase. They told me I needed to put a credit card down for gratuity and other "operating charges" (try and figure that one out), but ended up billing me for a standard ride and not accepting my groupon. Worst of was when I brought this up to their attention, they told me I should have read the fine print and not called before purchasing.
