We will look at what has happened in your childhood that contributes to the outcomes in your life today. Then, with a helping approach, we will try to understand the way you feel about certain things and implement changes. I'm here to offer different perspectives without judgement.

Helping you to identify what you need or what is missing in your life and making plans to achieve those goals. Find out who you really are and what you are looking for in life. We can come up with a strategy together and I provide the support and guidance.
