What do you love most about your job?
I love genuine connection with every single one of my clients and celebrating their wins. I treat every one of my clients with kindness, compassion and honesty- this is very important to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own life coaching business after the onset of covid. That challenging period of global crisis really made it clear to me that I had a unique set of gifts I needed to put to use so that could help people all over the world transform their lives in a way that felt purposeful and meaningful. Life is fleeting, we all deserve to live fully and happily.

I am an honest, patient, and authentic person who is intrinsically motivated, meaning what drives me in my work is seeing my client have aha moments, seeing them feel empowered by their innate inner wisdom and making authentic feeling decisions through powerful intention setting.

All of my sessions are offered virtually through zoom and I serve people from all around the world.

1:1 Micro Mindfulness Guidance
Receive a powerful half hour of dedicated focus and guidance with a meditation style best suited to your needs at the time of the session. You will be provided with insightful wisdom and crystal clear clarity around a pressing single challenge you are facing in your life.
