George catered our wedding for about 80 people on September 5th. Lauren and I wanted our guests to have a great meal, and George made it happen. The food was truly fantastic and was above and beyond our expectations. The ribs, chicken, mac and cheese, and potatoes had people coming back for seconds, and that was the goal...happy and full guests:) Thank you soo much for all of your hard work and great communication. We just returned from a lovely work retreat for the Leavenworth Tree Lighting Festival. Son of a Brisket Catering was our chosen caterer for our Saturday evening dinner at our VRBO house. George and Trinice arrived at the house while we were at the tree lighting. When we returned the table was set beautifully and we were greeted by their warm personalities. We were FREEZING cold due to having to walk back so they were so accommodating in adjusting our time so we could all take a hot shower. Our dinner was AMAZING-we had lime shrimp, Caesar salad, bread w/an amazing spread, Prime Rib, Cream Corn, Mashed Potato and a delicious cheese cake. The portions did NOT disappoint and the service was excellent. Our experience with Son of a Brisket Catering could not have been more perfect and they were awesome to work with from start to finish. I've known George and Trinice since I was in middle school.. And for my wedding this last weekend, they rocked the catering something fierce! I had many friends and family come up to me saying that they haven't had BBQ that delicious in a long time, and I couldn't agree more! Ribs, chicken thighs, red potatoes, roasted baby peppers, baked mac and cheese, and cornbread.. What a spread! I'm so thankful that we catered our wedding with Son of a Brisket.. Their food quality and taste was 10x better than Country Boys!! I've also had some of George's cheesecake, and it was the best I've ever had! We used Son of a Brisket Catering for our wedding over Memorial Day Weekend. We could not have asked for a better company to work with! George had great communication thru ought and made sure that everything the day of was handled professionally and that doesn't even begin to talk about the taste of everything. #1 compliment we got was about how delicious the food was. In Particular the brisket was a HUGE hit with the mustard sauce that they create. Tons of left overs that were welcomed as well. We hired Son of a Brisket to cater a dinner in Chelan for a Bachelorette Party and we couldn't have been more pleased. George and his wife showed up with the most incredible food, all family recipes, and we couldn't decide what was our favorite: the teriyaki chicken thighs with the amazing sauce, the brisket, the mac and cheese, potato salad or the corn bread with the honey butter!
