I wish I could give more stars ! I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. I’m 24 and have been fit my whole life. I got into a car accident which effected my mobility. This injury played a huge part on my mental health, due to the fact that I was unable to do the things I use to. I decided to start my fitness journey this year. Josue created a personalized workout plan for me, that didn’t put any stress on my injury. Anytime I was going through a moment where I wanted to quit, I texted him and he called me right away with nothing but motivating words. His program doesn’t just train your body, It trains your mind to push through any obstacle life presents. I would like to thank Josue for his hard work, to raise my limits and keep challenging me. Our sessions were perfect! I was worried because I have a hectic work schedule, and my days off and times off aren’t the same everyday. But my trainer Josue was able to work with me day to day, and make time for our sessions everyday so that I never missed a session due to work, and he has truly helped me elevate again. Aside from results, I’ve been able to gain discipline in this part of my life again, and I’ve been feeling much more energetic and happy. I’m not going to write an essay on here! Haha, but Josue is a great trainer and human being, and if you’re looking for someone to work with you and get you to where you want to go, he’s the guy! I actively schedule and work alongside each client throughout our sessions to ensure proper technique and training to make sure my clients get the best out of each workout, while in-addition providing workout plans, and accountability coaching for each client guaranteeing they receive an overall health and wellness experience that will yield them results.

There's no secret, it's simply consistency and hard work. If you can be consistent in something, you can be great at that thing. Even if it means giving it a smaller amount of time than you would normally on a day to day basis. Give it what you can everyday, ad watch yourself development greatness in that area.

The people! I have met countless amounts of individuals throughout the years due to this profession, and I've got to say - the people that I've met have been the best part about the job. In all honesty, a lot of people just don't know much about fitness and what surrounds it, and they are looking for someone who can provide this information to them and guide them through this unknown territory without judgement and losing patience. My clients have always shared their views of me as - simply put, a great human being. And in being what they would say "a great human-being" I have been able to meet the real versions of each client, and form wonderful relationships through training and conversation. So it's no question, the people that I've been blessed to meet has been the best part about what I do.

A virtual personal training company was always on the horizon once personal training became a reality for me. It started as something I would do for fun. I enjoyed assisting others in this way because it was a part of my life that I took very seriously, and I understood I had a great amount of knowledge and understanding in the field of fitness because it was what people sought out from me the most. I made the move to become a personal trainer, and man! It was the best decision I've made in my life. I enjoy every single session I have with every client I have. I have met people , and have had wonderful conversations throughout the years because of this decision, and I have learned the true meaning of " If you truly love something, you could do it for free, and still do do it". My love and passion for this industry is so great, I am truly blessed to be given a purpose in life through fitness , and it has been a great one at that.

Train anywhere, anytime! Our trainer will design an effective workout for you based on whatever equipment you have access to. Our trainer will make regular changes to your workout plan so you’re never stuck doing the same boring routine over and over again.

Your trainer will check in with you frequently. They'll be there to motive and support you, answer any questions, or help you solve a problem that may arise. You can always rely on your trainer to make sure your on the path to reaching your fitness goal.

Our workout plans are specially created based on YOUR fitness goals and objectives. They are made for everyone, including beginners and experts. The programs are revised every month to keep them challenging and to help you achieve the best outcomes.

Fitness is not all about working out. There are other large factors that come into play when trying to reach your fitness goal. Our trainer will give you tips on recovery and sleep habits . You both will discuss your favorite foods and things you dislike to come up with a nutrition plan that will help you reach your fitness goal.
