Celester and his Tesm has truely been a blessing . He is honest and the most professional Realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He sold 5 of my homes here on the island this year alone for a fraction of the cost of i was to use another traditional Realtor . I was more than happy to pay the 5000 plus GET and for my photos . Celester and his team are awesome! Â Celester worked a miracle as we sold our Hawaii house and purchased our Idaho house. A professional photographer captured images using both a digital camera and a drone. The video and photos spurred buyers interest in our home allowing it to sell quickly. Open houses were scheduled almost (excluding holidays) weekly until the house was sold. The open house advertising signs are twice as big as other realtors and catches everyone attention. Scheduling inspections, sending paperwork, and answering questions at all hours of the day or night, Celester made it happen and all at a flat rate unlike other realtors. Celester is no joke, no play, the real deal. What sounds to good to be true, is absolutely true, defying most "deals" on the market today. The reason Celester is able to offer such a fantastic rate is because his method flat out works for his business.You keeping more money does not, in any way reduce your service or quality of any piece of your home buying/selling process. He has actually been the best realtor in my experience. Always on, friendly and expeditious responses, and EXTREME patience.
