We aren't even finished with our process yet, but I feel confident enough giving this review based on the experience I have had here. Salima has been incredibly responsive and helpful. We have gotten all of our tile through her and can get them much less expensive than many of the other places we have been. She never makes you feel like she is competing with anybody else or if you have to get something from someone else, she doesn't make you feel like it should have been through her. Their shop has a great selection and I do not know his name but the man in the shop that helps out some of the customers is such a sweet guy. We found the black hexagon tile we were looking for on their online store.  Salima was incredibly patient and helpful.  She made sure I knew she wanted to do anything she could to earn my business.  We emailed back and forth for almost a month and in the end I was hesitant because of the shipping costs to Hawaii.  After searching everywhere else locally and online I couldn't find anything similar to that size and quality of hexagon tile and putting the shipping cost aside it was a very fair price!  Mostly because of how great the customer service I received from Salima was I decided to come back to her and pay the shipping cost and I am very happy with the black hexagon tiles we received! I wanted to write a follow-up review of this business. My initial review was based on my consultation & purchase of tile and flooring for our master bathroom. This place does not disappoint! We placed our order on a Saturday, and by Monday, most of the order was in. Our contractor was very impressed with the timeliness and efficiency of the ordering and delivery process! I feel bad it took me so long to finally review this place but they were some of the most nice, and easy people I've worked with.  When I went to the store Ameen took his time with us (despite having two small children aboard) and once we got home and spent a few weeks finalizing the tile floors and quartz counters, Salima was always prompt either via text, phone or email.  They spent a lot of time with us, and were very competitive in price compared to so many companies on "tile mile" the store looks small from outside but they fit so many samples inside. Ameen and Saleema gave my family and I the best service anyone could offer. If I could rate them with more than five stars I would! Redoing your kitchen is a very hectic task and I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. They have a wide variety of cabinets, countertops and bathroom tiles. I will probably come back to do my bathroom with them as well. Every time I visited them they were accommodating to my taste and budget. They weren’t keen at selling me anything I didn’t like! They were willing to go the extra mile until I was comfortable with my decision. I was thoroughly impressed with the time they invested in me and my vision for our kitchen. Great things come in small packages! Even though they are in a smaller showroom located in a business complex, their selection of materials is first class!
We are in the process of completing our kitchen remodel with a modern glass tile backsplash. After shopping around and visiting other tile showrooms in the South Bay, we are so happy and glad that we found Sognare Tile, Stone & Sinks in Orange County!
We can't say enough about Salima and her service. Salima is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Salima and her team at Sognare Tile assisted me with selection and pricing for a bathroom remodel recently. I appreciated the design suggestions and large variety of tile selection. I shopped around and I believe these guys have some of the best pricing available along with quality. Originally my number choice of tile was unavailable but they worked with me to special order it within a reasonable amount of time and kept me updated through-out the process. What a great place to find what you need for any tile job.   When I was frustrated from not finding what I wanted at other stores, I walked in to Sognare and was greeted by Salima.   She listened to me to understand what I was trying to find and then lit up.   She had what I was searching for.   Not only does she know her tile, but she is spectacular with colors.   She is also very patient.   Our remodel was delayed but she kept all of our info and checked in every once in a while to see if we needed anything.   Big remodeling is stressful and a Sognare is so great to their customers that the stress just goes away.  Don't get frustrated going to all the big stores.  Start your shopping adventure at Sognare.   You will not be disappointed.    And they have great prices to go with the wonderful customer service. My husband and I bought our brand new first home directly from the builder this November.  We did not like a lot of the standard items that came with the home so we decided to upgrade right away. Sognare Tile, Stones, and Sinks was our one stop shop for all our upgrades for our new home. We chose to go through Sognare instead of the builder's design center because the builder's design center had very limited choices and were way overpriced. I found the exact color and design for all the items on my wish list that I had found on Pinterest for inspiration including the tile flooring, stones for accent wall, quartz countertops, backsplash, bathroom vanities and more. Salima and Ameen at Sognare were very patient and knowledgeable. They understood our chosen theme (we were going for modern) and paid close attention to all the little details to make sure our theme was consistent all the way through. They gave us their 110% individual attention and expert consultation on what would be the right fit for our needs in our new home. I am so glad I went with Sognare! Our materials look even better than what I had imagined and the quality is outstanding. Totally worth the investment. Salima and Ameen were very prompt with communicating with us and were flexible with our situation. We did visit the store quite a few times before we were able to make our final selections. Salima welcomed us to continue to browse until we were confident with our final choices and felt comfortable that we were making the right decisions. For a first time homebuyer with little experience, we don't think we would have been as successful and stress-free  doing these upgrades without their assistance. I am very happy to offer my recommendation for Sognare Tile.  My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen and already had sourced the cabinets and countertops. We searched Yelp to help us find our flooring and backsplash vendor.  Sognare had many positive reviews centered on their customer service and now I see why. Salima gave us her full attention and showed us several examples of floor tile and answered my wife's many questions. My wife and I were remodeling our complete bathroom and had an idea of what we wanted. We were referred to Sognare from a friend of ours. Salima was absolutely awesome. We were replacing our bathtub with the attached walls and the vanity. We were replacing the tub and timing the walls as well updating the tub with tile on the walls and new tile for the floor. Salima showed us lots of different options and even gave perfect recommendations for our budget. She helped us pick beautiful tile for the tub walls and a mosaic for the accents. She also showed us floor tile that matched and accented the tub tiles perfectly. And the vanity set she helped us pick is modern and chic at a very reasonable price. After shopping around at other larger tile places in the Anaheim area, we decided to drop by Sognare after not finding what we wanted.  Sognare is open until 6 so it was convenient to drop by after shopping at all the other places that closed at 5.Although the store is small, their selection rivals that of larger stores.  Salima was able to help us find the tile we wanted for our laundry room and eventually our kitchen.  She is very responsive and provides excellent service.  We eventually used Sognare for countertops in our kitchen remodel.  If we had found Sognare earlier, we probably would've used Sognare for our entry travertine and bathroom projects as well! Last weekend, I and my husband shopped around on South State College Blvd in Anaheim for the stone selection. We saw Sognare's website and went to check on the selection and pricing at that time. My first impression was that the store is not as big as others; be honest with you, I was not very impressed for the first 10 seconds. They were busy talking to other customers and I thought we might be ignored. However, the next 10 minutes has changed my natural concept. Salima and her husband are genuine, knowledgeable, and trustworthy sellers. We opened up to them the water leak situation and we expressed our helpless and hopeless feeling concerning how to find a right contractor. They did their best to help us and I cannot believe that the contractor indeed is coming tomorrow to do the remodeling project.  Although my repair project is just a beginning, I already have a trust on Salima who will take care of my major concern. Wow- where do I start? Salima is amazing! We decided to renovate my mom's 1920's home in Alhambra. We needed everything from flooring to bathroom tiles, sinks and backsplash. We made several trips out to Orange County from Alhambra and Pasadena because she would take out the time to help us choose and discuss the pros and cons of everything. She is the most patient person I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable about all the items she carries and never hesitated to take the time to discuss what might be right for us. We recently bought a home in Los Angeles and we were lost with where to start. We knew we wanted to get our kitchen done and started getting quotes from different vendors and contractors. At the time, not much was progressing. My wife had a friend who recently did their kitchen and mentioned a place in Anaheim which is an hour away from us. We planned a trip to Newport Beach and made a stop in Anaheim. When we walked in, we were greeted by Salima who was VERY very helpful in helping us select the counters and back splash. From that point forward, everything started progressing and we used one of their contractors for the counter tops and fabrication. I would NOT use that contractor again but the team that did the back splash was better. I was doing some research for a project at my job and it involved replacing some counter tops.  After receiving a quote from a current vendor, I was led into a different direction and different project.  I came across Sognare and it was the ABSOLUTE best decision.  I went from just regular pre-fabricated laminate counter tops to GRANITE counter tops for HALF the cost.  Yes HALF the cost is right.  Between the consultations over the phone and in-person conversations, their customer service was bar none. As a first time remodeler I was pretty lost and confused when it came to picking out tiles. I visited tons of showrooms around Anaheim tile district and none of them even came close to the personal attention and service I received from Salima. I was shocked at how patient and happy she was to work with me picking and laying out porcelain/tiles next to one another. She has a great eye for design and gave me great tips as to what color combination would work with my existing flooring and home decor. Really wanted to give kuddos for an amazing customer service experience. Note that this is just based on ordering a sample, but I feel it's indicative of the type of service this company provides. (Maybe especially so given that I was just ordering a sample and not placing a large order.) Salima was extremely communicative, helpful, and pleasant, which goes a long way with me. They kept me posted on when my order had gone through, shipped, and been delivered and my emails were answered promptly by an actual person. Super impressed with my experience.
