So I’m really big on the concept of who do you listen to because success always leaves clues. I started with SoFit a month ago and already I’m feeling the difference. I’ve been an athlete all my life but the type of muscle I’m putting on now is built on a stronger foundation based on focused movements that I’ve never done before. I am not the type of person that typically likes working out or sticks to a consistent schedule. SoFit PT gave me a solid workout program that I actually enjoy doing and look forward to completing. The program I’m currently on consists of a mixture of cardio and weights to lose fat and tone muscle. Each workout day is different so I don’t feel like I’m in a repetitive cycle like most programs.
