Working out with Rachel has been amazing!! I am seeing a lot of progress since I’ve started with Sofit. Ive had a hard time with my form. Rachel is able to recognize where I can improve and explains in a way that I can grasp. Working out can be a little over whelming but Rachel makes it very easy to realize what I’m doing wrong and how I can improve!! I can say with confidence that my form is much better than when I started at Sofit and I owe it to Rachel for making this journey easier for me!!! More...

No matter what your goals, my job is to meet you where you are at and show you how to progress. I do this with three different options - 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute sessions. The different times and programs allow me to be very flexible and custom create what is needed for you.
