Piano Lessons
I started piano lessons with Sofia... after an almost 30-year hiatus. While I've only completed a couple lessons, I'm impressed with Sofia's knowledge and teaching ability. Sofia is very approachable and easy to work with. I have been taking lessons from Zsofia for a bout a year. It has been a great experience. I have played music for about 30+ years, but have never had any formal voice instruction. What do you love most about your job?
I truly love to experience how my students improve, how they manage to overcome hardships and make music with more and more confidence. It is great to be a part of someone’s progression!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was born and raised in a musician family. My father is a conductor, and my mom is a soprano singer; both of them are also music teachers. Therefore it was not a question that one day I will be a music teacher, too!
People who attended my concerts came to me asking for private voice lessons, that's how I began to teach voice. Some of my voice students wanted to learn piano as well, so I started to teach piano as well.

Voice Lessons
I offer customized voice lessons for any level and almost any music genres.
As for age, I don't teach young kids; only when they went through their voice break can start serious vocal training. If you can't decide, I offer a free consultation where I can assess your child's voice and tell whether (s)he passed his/her voice break or not.
The name of the approach I teach called “Beautiful Singing” which is the fundament of healthy and proper singing, suitable for ANY musical style.
Students can learn conscious singing (what they do and why), using “muscle memory”; how to express emotions without making needless efforts and strains, and how to use their body as a living instrument.
I offer a free consultation where we can meet and talk without commitment.
Piano Lessons
I teach proper piano technique for beginners and intermediate students from age 5 to 99. I mostly teach classical music but the technique is applicable to any other musical genre, eg. pop, rock, jazz etc.
The method books I use are John Thompson's books and Alfred's Piano Courses which provide a complex knowledge not only on the piano but in music.
