I live in VA and purchased my set in April this year. I was very nervous because this was being done via the Internet..I called the store in FL and asked a lot of question. She even allow me to FaceTime them so I can actually see the couch that was in their showroom. I had young ladies at the store sit and bounce on the chair so I could see if it was hard. I love the chair and everyone that walks in fall in love with it... They made their products so detaiIed, with LED lights and the best quality of the leather and microfiber. I also love the color that I chose, just black and white that have shown the unique of the product. Ordered Sofa 10 weeks ago. Have had no contact back regarding it. I have tried ringing, the help desk, email, Facebook message and nothing. The contact number appears to be disconnected as it never goes through. I have no idea what is happening. I ordered on the UK website. Customer service! Customer service! Costumer service! These people are amazing at it! My husband and I have been researching couches for a few months now to try to find the best fit for the basement of our new house, and in that process we stumbled across the couches at Sofadreams and fell in love with them. The look, the quality, everything seems amazing--with the only downside being the price. But, it's expected that it would be expensive when the quality is good. So, with the price being a little bit higher but being willing to save for it, we reached out to the company to ask a few questions about some of the logistics and found that they are so wonderful to work with. Amazingly so. One of the best experiences I have had with customer service. We have communicated over text, and email. I have gotten prompt and professional answers to all of my questions--and have even been sent pictures and videos from one of the salespeople who went out on the floor to get specific measurements for me since I don't live in the same state. And the most amazing part of all of this is that they gave me all of this help over the last few months, even though I told we might not end up purchasing the couch because of cost!! That's not a normal thing. I've had RC Willey salesman just walk away from my questions when they found out that we wouldn't be purchasing. But the people at Sofadreams aren't like that. Needless to say after this super long review, I am incredibly impressed, and still hope to be able to purchase the couch after we have saved up enough money to do so. my experience have been amazing with this place so happy I found them. the couch I ordered which happen to be a special order which usually takes 8 to 10 weeks arrived at my house literally in a weeks time. Ariana was able to ship the couch to NY where I live fast due to the fact that it was newly shipped to their show room, she worked with me step by step , made sure that was the couch I wanted kept me up to date with every thing through the process. Now chris was the delivery guy, he arrived on time actually about 1 hour before, set the couch up and was professional and very friendly. I absolutely LOVE my couch and I would have given them a 5 Star review, yet I paid for the”white glove service” and I had to work my butt off with the delivery guy to help him set up my couch. Also he scratched my black hardwood floor REALLY bad. I plan on calling Monday morning to see what can be done about this. I also have to say that as Aesthetically pleasing as my new couch is, it is not the most comfy. I’m sure that it will “break” in over time, but it’s pretty hard.
