Top notch across the board. I spoke to at least 10 different people before finally, and fortunately, finding So Cal Pool Tables, and the difference was immediately apparent. No one else was as helpful, honest, or responsive. It was all the more surprising since the price was hundreds of dollars better than anything other companies had offered for the same package, especially when you factor in what many others were asking for delivery, installation, felt, starter kits, etc.Fred had no problem answering my endless stream of questions, well before I had I even committed to making a purchase, and once I did he made the entire process a breeze and always kept in touch working around my schedule for delivery.When Fred and Jorge showed up for delivery, they took a lot of care to put the table in just the right spot and made sure everything was done the right way. They even brought two colors of felt so I could check them out before making a final decision.After the table was assembled, they took the extra time to tell me how to care for the felt and I really felt like these guys cared about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers.I ordered four matching benches but it turned out the longer two were out of stock. Fred let me know before he even confirmed the order to make sure I was okay waiting. They contacted when they were expected to come in, and dropped them off as soon as they arrived.Fred and Jorge are genuinely nice guys and they do excellent work. These guys know what they're doing! Their arms are bigger than your head guarantee. you can tell they have been assembling pool tables for a long time and they know their stuff on top of that. I bought the cheapest table I could find and the quality is still top notch. The owner went out of his way to fit me into his schedule a couple days after I placed my order to assemble the table at my house. I have to say these guys were great, I called on Saturday (The day before Father's Day) and spoke with George about getting a pool table, I asked them if they can deliver it on Sunday Father's Day and he said no problem but can we deliver it early, I said absolutely and they were there by  7:30 am and gone around 10am. Fred and George  were very professional, very knowledgeable,neat and cleaned up after themselves. So if you're looking for a pool table I highly recommend going to SoCal pool tables they're great!! after doing some research, I bought a pool table from so cal pool tables. Fred was very easy to work with, and I was happy with my purchase. after installation, I had a minor problem, and I called Fred to let him know. Fred and his brother George immediately addressed the problem, came up with a solution, and the problem was solved. Let me say right off the bat that this store is in a house, which made me think the whole thing might be some kind of scam. It wasn't. As soon as I started talking to Fred I could tell that he was someone I could trust. His prices are the cheapest around, so I was expecting crappy service (the Walmart Syndrome) with the delivery and set up. Fred and the guy who came with him did a lot of work (the delivery and set up was free!), and when they were done the table was perfect, at a price that was about $1500 less than anywhere else. The guy who came with him measured everything perfectly for me, and was super nice. Fred and his son were very helpful and courteous on the phone as we discussed which model and color felt we wanted. The next day they came to our house and spent five hours helping us determine exactly where to place it in our living room, then meticulously installing the table and laying and relaying the felt until it was perfectly smooth and level. These guys are top notch! I purchased a pool table about a year and a half ago from these guys, and the table looks like it did the day they installed it. These guys were very easy to work with. I live in Orange County, and Fred and Jorge drove all the way from LA for the installation, which was free. They spent around two and a half hours installing my table, making sure everything was done right. My table is an 8’ and it’s constructed from solid wood. These aren’t cheap tables!
