I can’t not stop raving about the Petal and Stem to everyone who asks about my wedding flowers. While planning my September wedding I didn’t have high expectations for flowers since it wasn’t peak floral season so I put ordering flowers off until way later than I should have. I met with Candice & she immediately got my vision, she listened to what I wanted as well as introduced me to flowers & plants that made my wedding all the more special. She was amazing to work with, had beautiful ideas & was able to make my wedding day even more magical than I could’ve hoped. Just got married and the petal and the stem really came through for us. Our wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful as it was without their flowers. I have a dear friend with a lot on her plate at the moment and she needed a pick-me-up. I didn't hesitate to order a Florist's Choice because I've been an admirer of Candice's work for some time and knew she would knock this out of the park better than I! That she did! My friend arrived home to a beautiful arrangement and the tears were flowing and her day completely brightened! I love supporting local businesses and The Petal and the Stem is hyperlocal to me which makes it that much better! Often they are seen around Snohomish making special deliveries to local businesses to show them love and support (and GREAT marketing for them and others! I recently had an appointment for a facial at a new-to-me spa near my house all because The Petal and the Stem was thanked for their generosity and kindness by that business owner!). Don't think twice about contacting The Petal and the Stem for your floral needs...I promise you won't be disappointed! They also have a cooler at Haley's Cottage on 1st Street in Snohomish with ready-made arrangements and a line of planters. After digging out from the massive winter storm….I called “the petal and the stem” on the morning of Valentine’s Day (desperate to send flowers to my wife’s work for our anniversary). Given the recent record breaking weather (and that it was also the busiest day of the year for flower delivery) I candidly didn’t think there was anyway they would be able to take my order….let alone even answer the phone. However, to my delight, my phone call was answered with calm professionalism….they took my order (even meeting my special requests)….and committed to a delivery time….which they met. And despite the recent weather….and the last minute order…..the bouquet ended up being truly beautiful (and unique)!! Candice at The Petal and The Stem created the most stunning floral pieces for our daughter's wedding this weekend.
She collected information about what we wanted and then transformed that into works of art! The flowers were spectacular from centerpiece to bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. Mother-of-the-Bride - Candice was wonderful to work with! The wedding was held at Hidden Meadows in November and the ceremony room was absolutely beautiful. Lots of candles, greenery, pumpkins, wood stumps, etc. The arch was decorated with "floating" candles & greenery & flowers and was absolutely stunning. Candice from The Petal and the Stem was fantastic to work with! We were not overly prescriptive with what we wanted and everything looked amazing. We had an initial in-person meeting with Candice where we told her about our color scheme, shared a Pinterest board and gave a high-level description of what we were thinking. She sent over a proposal that was incredibly affordable, especially since she owns her own vases and didn't need to add any rentals. She also included many small extras (like mercury vases for our cocktail tables/sweetheart table and petals/flowers for our cake table).A month or so before the wedding, we had a few calls to finalize details and layout. With minimal instruction, she handled set-up and everything looked incredible, including a gorgeous bouquet! Not only did she do our flowers for the reception but made sure all our decor and tables looked great. She also came at the end of the night to pick up.
