Open 24/7 and rarely crowded. They have live classes at no additional cost as well as a large amount of videos and a private room for spinning, yoga, kickboxing by yourself or with small groups. The gym in Hollymead is one of the most professional and cleanest i have ever been too, and it has the best staff. I have travel all over the country to many gyms - this gym is a great little mecca on the northside of Cville.

This is a wonderful space. There is plenty of room for big lifts like deadlifts and squats, which is a huge plus since Gold's is closed now, but a variety of machines to meet everyone's goals and needs. The environment is quiet, welcoming, and clean and so is the staff! Penny was incredibly helpful and runs a great operation. Seminole Square location is the same way. High recommend both spaces!
