Love love love. I feel VERY relaxed here. All the people that go here are serious about their workout so they literally don’t even notice your existence and I LOVE it! I feel like I have complete privacy even when the gym is packed (which it isn’t often overwhelmingly busy). I have lots of space to move and a lot of equipment to choose from. I love that there is an open room so I can tumble irresponsibly and nobody tells me no or how much I suck or how dumb I look. I can be as weird as I want and nobody bats an eye. It’s my favorite. Personally, this is one of the better gyms in the Twinsburg-Hudson area. The compactness removes that feeling you get when walking into a large packed gym. I’m new to SF. What got my attention was the invite for the Spring 6 weeks challenge advertised on FB. I love the set up of their gym, it is very clean, the variety of classes they offer and the shower facility they have. Our fitness challenge class is small which allows the coach to give us great feedback during our workouts. Each session is different and the workout moves can be modified depending on the level of fitness of each individual. And the best part....it’s open 24/7. I’m hoping these challenges continues as I do better when someone coaches me to do the workouts. But if you’re not into group exercises they have all the equipment you need. They also have video workout classes on the big screen as another option. Bill the owner and fitness coach is awesome. Oh, they also have diet plans. Being able to work out @ a 24/7 Fitness Gym Membership got me sold from the beginning! Being a mom with a full time job, I never know what time I'm available each day.
