5 lbs of Ribs Baby!! That's right 5 lbs is what I needed. (I should have got 10 lbs ) I tested several local establishments in the area. ..Some lacked flavor and, some were overpriced!! In the end it was Smokin' Jim's that was the most transparent, cost-efficient, and most importantly the BEST! I ordered the ribs on a Wed, and picked them up Friday before the party. The Customer Service was great, and my order was ready upon arrival. The Ribs were seasoned so good I didn't even need any sauce.
