I've recently began buying their BBQ sauce and it is perfect.  This review is specifically for the Jerk flavor.  I decided to make my jerk chicken marinade and l soaked some chicken thighs overnight and cooked them over charcoal today along w some jerk shrimp.  I was concerned that sauce would be overwhelming with a bbq profile, but I was pleasantly surprised. It complimented the jerk meat very well and was a great pairing and was obviously intended to accompany jerked meats.  I will be ordering more of this and all of the sauces as well and post my thoughts on those as well.  Well done!!! Just had this place catered to us and it was phenomenal. I am definitely going to try it again! Highly recommended! They were right on time and it was delicious! If your craving bbq you get it all in one stop! We had the salmon, ribs(small and large), pulled pork, pulled beef(I think), macaroni and cheese, potato salad, salads and their mind blowing bbq sauce! Delicious!  I love BBQ and this food truck did it right!I initially was going to get a pulled pork and brisket slider however my coworker said they preferred the chicken over the brisket. I ended up doing one pulled pork and one chicken with a side of the Mac and cheese. The meat was top quality. Very tender and juicy. Nothing was dry. I used the spicy, honey bourbon, and original bbq sauces. They were all very good and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was great!  Noodles were soft and the cheese was awesome. Tonight I ran into Charles at Frontier Elementary Spring Carnival and was convinced to try some BBQ. I tried the three slider plate with chicken, green chili chicken and brisket. , with a side of mac and cheese and both the original and honey bourbon sauces. I have to say all of it was very good. Always a nice place to eat after service on Sundays! Love the choices of meats and sides...my personal faves are the brisket, mac& cheese, cheesy potatoes and turkey. They also have China Mist iced tea which is a bonus. Sevice is simple - you slide your tray, cafeteria style and order what you'd like as you move down the counter. Smokin' Hot BBQ is FABULOUS!  All 40 of the guests raved about the food!We had a Halloween theme/corporate event at a residence.  Charles was very professional, on time/early, with a very smooth set up. Everything was executed perfectly (and I'm somewhat of a stickler for details!).  That's a real compliment to Charles.Now, let's talk about the FOOD! I ate the food at Tipsy Cactus tonight and tried a little of everything. The Mac and cheese was awesome and so were the beans. Had a sampler of the sliders and they were also very good. I really liked the dry rub on the ribs as well and the sweet bbq sauce! I was reading the negative reviews and have a feeling that you probably left because it wasn't something you wanted your buisiness associated with and judging from the people posting, their language, and hateful demeanor it sounds like you made the right choice! Smoking Hot BBQ came to our work for our monthly food truck event. The staff was super friendly and the food was incredible! I got the 2 shredded pork sliders with side of mac and cheese. Smokin'Hot BBQ is the best in town. They catered my sons wedding for about 85 and then we had them at our construction work site and fed about 150 hungry workers. We ate today at the Street Eats Food Truck Festival at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick. My wife and I tried several of the $2. 00 samples but when we ate a pulled pork sample with coleslaw at Smokin' Hot BBQ we hit the jackpot. Wonderful food and wonderful people.
