Food was fantastic we had pulled pork, ribs, smoked chicken wings, cowboy beans, Mac and cheese and slaw. And for dessert we had banana pudding and peanut butter pie pudding. There is nothing I can say but omg everything was amazing! Pulled pork smoked to perfection, ribs fall off the bone and the wings my son said were “bomb!” Sides were delicious beans especially. And dessert was fantastic. Rachel and Michael are as friendly as they come and I highly recommend you try them out for your next meal or catering gig! Way to go guys!!! More...

Drop-Off Catering
If buffet-style is preferred, we can prepare and drop off freshly smoked BBQ in disposable containers to your event's location - on time and ready to eat for you and your guests! We work with you to customize a menu to fit almost any budget!
Food Truck Services
From communities to events, we book with clients up to 50 miles from our home base in Arcadia, FL for our food truck services. Our menu is sure to please any public or private venue. Upon request we also carry gluten-free and vegan BBQ options!
