John is a professional.Best food truck ever!Doesn't matter what you get, it's all outstanding. Amoung my favorites are the baked beans, pulled pork & the jalapeno corn breadTakes all the work and stress of planning a party right out of the picture. So much food.Nobody leaves hungry!

Holy BBQ, John knows what he's doing!!! I needed my party (of 50 picky people) catered for a holiday weekend housewarming party. John is not only an absolute pleasure to work with but he made the process so easy. We decided on our mains and sides put down a deposit. John showed up an hour early parked right in my driveway and was good to go! Even gave my dad, who's in the restaurant business, a tour of the truck. The truck was clean and beautifully maintained- never said that about a truck before!! He was great with my guests, super accommodating and the food was FANTASTIC!!!!!! My daughter had a house warming party yesterday in Springfield and John pulled in to provide the food 40 minutes prior to service time we contracted. As he set up I asked if I could come aboard and check it out. He agreed and I climbed on. The food truck kitchen was organized and super clean. We proceeded to talk and he let me taste a few things. Really great guy with a passion for serving great food. He served up tasty bbq for a few hours and then drove off into the sunset. Everyone was happy satisfied campers. We had a number of options setting up the menu for the party, very flexible and a good selection of food overall. Things were very smooth day of the event. The truck showed up almost an hour early and began to set up, they came equipped with all plates, forks, knives, napkins, etc and really are a true setup, so this really is a one stop shop solution for a party. The best barbecue I ever did have! John & his staff are so wonderful and kind. The Mac and cheese is out of this world! They hosted a surprise party for my dads 60th birthday and he was so blown away with everything! John and his staff really made the evening so special & one to remember! Sorry, I meant to post this in this section: I was on my way home on a Saturday afternoon, when I came across the Smokin' Chicks BBQ truck. ..and though it was parked on my neighbor's driveway, I did not realize that they were having a family event. I was mesmerized by the delicious scent of bbq food emanating from the truck and drifted over to purchase something to eat. John and his crew, knowing that I was not part of the event, fixed me a plate for two...I thought the idea of having a food truck cater for parties at the convenience of your backyard or home, was genius. I tried to pay and they humbly rejected any compensation for it. So, charmingly embarrassed, I found my wife and feasted. The pulled pork tacos with all the fixings were awesome! We thought the ribs were fantastic as well and were immediately hooked!! I decided to book John and his crew for a special event at my place the following summer...we held a reunion gathering with my old army buddies that we haven't seen since 1989. Surprisingly, we had a great turnout and more folks attending than expected. John and his crew accommodated with no poblems, and everyone in attendance were impressed with the BBQ! John, Michael and Jen were the best...very professional with a warm and friendly service! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services for any outside gatherings!! Just picked up some Kansas City ribs and Brisket sliders...I was a little skeptical but wow, absolutely fantastic! The dish is served with perfectly cut homemade fries. The meet is tender but not overcooked, nice smoked crust and a slight smokey flavor and little touch of heat and a very little sweetness balances them out. They're an absolute treat. Brisket was also prepared to perfection served with the same amazing fries and really nice homemade coleslaw..
