We had a fabulous Welcome Dinner for 120 guests at Viansa winery the night before my son's wedding with Smoke doing the catering. Traci Bailey was great to work with even though I went through many machinations in the process of picking a menu. I wanted a casual vibe with great food, and that's exactly what we got.
