Man, this has got to be the best bbq around!! I love the way the food is smoked, but it's not overwhelmed. Everything is cooked to perfection! Jason is super cool, he has awesome customer service! He genuinely cares about not only the food.  But you, as a person. He also does catering!! He did some catering for my work, and it was hands down amazing! Everyone kept asking where it came from! HOLY SMOKESDan & Justin gave me the rest of the love left after waiting in line for what felt like forever (8 minutes) in 9 degree weather and then the worst thing happened. The gentleman in front of me ordered the last brisket...I was heartbroken but Justin Salvaged enough of the Savory and perfectly textured brisket to make an amazing breakfast/lunch on top of the smoked beans which in the Utah weather were the best beans I've ever had.The Mac and cheese was good but the POTATO SALAD WOAHFor a food truck this BBQ on wheels caught me by surprise at the best time due to me skipping breakfast. Highly recommend them for any type of catering needs. Thank you guys for your hospitality and not letting me go hungry. Despite the blistering snowstorm, I decided to venture into the cold parking lot to hit up their food truck for lunch. Boy am I glad I did. Five stars each for both the service and the food. I got the brisket and pork, and both were excellent. I actually liked them both better than pricier places, like R&R. The flavor was excellent, but more than that, half of my serving wasn't fat. In fact, there was virtually no fat in my serving at all, it had been trimmed well, and so I got actual meat for the entire serving. The sweet sauce was excellent as well. For sides, I did chili beans, mac n cheese, and coleslaw. The slaw was the best I've had. It had a bit of a fruity or sweet flavor (can't quite put my finger on it), and was amazing. The beans and mac were both also top notch. Very cheesy mac (and not the cheap cheese). The service was with a smile and he was very friendly. While everyone's preferences are different, I would highly recommend you try this place. Even if your tastes are different than mine, the service will be excellent and at least the food is high quality and well prepared, even if you don't like the flavor. More...

I got 2 meats and 2 sides for $11 at the food truck. I selected Brisket, Chicken, Coleslaw and Chili Beans. This is a very good price compared to our other BB-Q options nearby (R&R and Joe Morley's). And the flavor was certainly better than Joe Morley's and about on par with R&R (that is of course a huge compliment). I also appreciated the quick service time. The only request I could make would be some low calorie side options. I know this is tough when we are within the confines of both a truck and the BB-Q food category. Maybe like a pretty dry coleslaw with a vinaigrette style dressing, or there is always the easy way out with a green salad.I hope you guys  bring your truck back to the Jordan Gateway Office Complex(ultradent/lendio building), and I will make sure to tell my coworkers about you.
