I can not say enough wonderful things about this company, especially Mr. Dwight Smith. My parents were involved in a car accident in Benson, NC on I-95 while traveling from their home in Florida to Virginia to visit me. Their car was totaled (thank goodness they were fine), but were stranded and didn’t know what to do. I started googling car services. Dwight was our guardian angel. It was a Sunday morning and he answered my desperate call. He made arrangements for my parents to be picked up and get dropped off to a safe location, until we were able to meet them and pick them up. He also arranged to have my parents car towed and cleaned out. He didn’t know us, but treated my elderly parents with respect and care until we could get to them. We are forever grateful. We got a very good price for our wedding in June. We got a deal for 2 limos (white and black) and do not regret it at all. Being from NY I was extremely nervous and concerned when my wife booked the limos for my son's wedding on April 27,2019 at HighGrove Estate. I booked Smith Luxury Limousines for a total of 5 trips during our recent family holiday. Missy was an absolute delight to work with accommodating changes to flights and multiple hotel pickups and drop offs. We paid for all trips in advance and added an amount for tips into this pre payment. When it was time to leave and Missy dropped us at the airport I offered an extra tip as we had found her service to be so excellent. We hired SLL to drive my daughter and her friends for her 17th birthday party yesterday evening. It was a very big deal. They went from our front door in Garner to Soo Cafe north of downtown. The party bus was all decked out and really impressed the kids with blue tooth music, colored lights and luxury seating. After the party they went downtown to take photos and we're dropped off back at the house at precisely 8 pm. Safe and sound. Smith Luxury Limousines is a fantastic company. They are very professional and courteous. We hired them to take my daughter and 8 of her friends (17-18) year olds out for a birthday dinner party. They picked them up at our home in Garner and took them to Soo Cafe for the party. Afterwards they went for photos around Raleigh. The kids had a blast and came home safe and sound. I hired Smith Luxury Limousines to take my daughter and her friends from our home in Garner to Soo Cafe for her 17th birthday. We got a party bus with blue tooth and lights, extra fancy. My husband saw them off and said the driver was great. The kids were very impressed, and I was relieved knowing 9 kids were safe and sound for the next 4 hours. We used Smith Luxury Limousines for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. We used the Chrysler 300 limo to transport the bride and bridesmaid to the venue and the 55 passenger bus to transport guests. Both arrived on time / early with very tentative drivers. The limo was nicely decorated and comfortably fit 9 girls. The bus was not exactly new and the windows could benefit from a little Windex but it totally served it purpose and the driver was skilled driving the beast in some very tight places. Thanks guys!
