What a lifesaver! Our power went out to one section of the house that included our on demand water heater. My wife was not too happy after me failing to solve the issue in the first 24 hours. James Smith was referred to me. When I called, James answered the phone.  He took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He asked me to send him a send him a photo of my electrical panel to see if he could help me solve my predicament without paying anything. Who does that? Thankfully, James was just finishing a job in the same part of town and agreed to come take a quick look before his next job. After quite a bit of troubleshooting, he solved the issue and charged me less than expected. He's totally professional in all regards (knows his trade, articulate, clean cut, awesome work truck, prompt, etc) Clearly James Smith is more focused on customers for life, than quick money today.
