Smiley's has helped me in the past. They respond very fast and perform great quality work. A few years ago we woke up one cold winter morning without heat I just started making phone calls. Smiley's was the first business to answer the phone at around 7:30 in the morning. The call went through to Larry's cell phone and he came by our house about an hour later. Our HVAC system was pretty ancient and very inefficient so I wasn't surprised when it needed to be replaced. Larry explained our options to repair just the heating portion of the system for less or the entire heat and air system for more money. Ultimately we decided to completely replace the old system and Smiley's was out the very next morning to get the job done.The men performing the work were friendly and efficient. They installed our new system quickly and explained its operation to us. We appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves so there was nothing for us to do after they left except enjoy our new system. Over the past few years we had some minor issues which they quickly took care of at no cost. They even replaced some of our ductwork under the house and charged only for the parts with free labor.We have enjoyed the greatly reduced energy bills with our Rheem HVAC system and I am happy to recommend Smiley's for all your heating and air conditioning needs. My wife and I are very pleased with the work we received from Smiley's from Larry himself coming out for and estimate to the lowest price from the beginning and the work that TJ and RJ did while replacing and installing our new trane unit! My wife and I are extremely happy for the professional service that we received from Smiley's! From Larry himself coming out for an estimate and beating everyone's price from the very beginning to the the great hard work and service from TJ and RJ installing our new Trane gas pack and all the upgrades! Smiley's did an awesome job on installing my new heat & A/C unit including new duct work. Jeremy, Kenny, Daton, and Ray were amazing. They worked so well and very efficient in getting the job done in 1 day. They communicated with us confirming what they were doing and verifying with us to make sure that all issues were addressed. They did a great job protecting my property and cleaned up like they were never there. I could not ask for better service from Larry coming and providing a proposal - to guys doing the install - to the ladies in the office GREAT COMPANY. I was told at the beginning it doesn't matter what system you put it that it all comes down to the company / guys installing and SMILEY'S is the company you want doing the installing HANDS - DOWN, I would highly recommend them to anyone - just like they were recommended to me by a friend. Chris from Smiley's performed my six month service for both my HVAC units. Â I was extremely impressed. Â He called to tell me he was on his way. Â He arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Â He thoroughly cleaned and checked all the equipment to make sure there were no issues and we are ready for the summer cooling season. Â Before he left he reviewed the maintenance performed and cleaned up the service area.We could not be more pleased. Fantastic support from company management to installation and quality assurance and pricing. Compared to three other service providers, all kept in the blind from each other, Mr. Smiley on first offering beat the competition with a more powerful gas furnace replacement of my 1990 furnace with upgraded/replaced 4" and corrected/balanced ducting, with better labor and system parts warranty...beating one other major regional big name HVAC company by $1k. The owner, Mr. Smiley, was timely with his pre-bid inspection and emailed estimate, responded kindly and in an unbiased way when discussing differences in systems and installation requirements for a 1943 home, called prior to installation to ensure tenants were in place. Mr. Smiley ensured installation was sound, the site was cleaned up, and finished the work in half the time needed. Here's what my tenant's said: "They were very polite and professional. They were here 10 minutes early at 750 am. They got heat working in the sun room. They cleaned up their trash." Mr. Smiley personally thanked me by phone after the installation and recognized the work helped with keeping his team active during the holidays when many folks are saving for Christmas presents and taxes. This was my Christmas present to very kind and mindful tenants and Mr. Smiley's team's effort, timely, efficient, clean, kind.....made it that much better. I have already begun working with Mr. Smiley to evaluate my own home. I highly recommend working with Mr. Smiley if you are a property owner. Just a fantastic experience. More...
