I just had my roof replaced by Smile Roofing and was very pleased with the entire process. Some of the other roofing companies I spoke with had a bit of a lengthy sales discussion, but Smile Roofing got right to the point with a good estimate and answered all my questions to help me feel comfortable I was getting the same materials and quality as their higher priced competitors. I used to do a little roofing so paid close attention to their work each day and was impressed with how quickly and seamless it all went. The fact that they cleaned up around the house each day was particularly welcome. I would highly recommend anyone looking for roofing work to give them a call.Tip: Smile Roofing is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor which means they can offer an extended warranty (up to 50 years for materials and 10 years for workmanship). Avi was able to inspect my roof about an hour after I called him to make an appointment, as he was already in my area (Pasadena). Â He succinctly explained the scope of the repair work, and provided me with an estimate for the repairs, without just trying to sell me on a new roof, which he assured me I didn't need. Very pleased with everything!! I've reached out to about 5 different roofing companies/ contractors on Yelp and was very worried on who will be doing my roofing project. The owner was very informative and guided me through the process from A-Z while offering me the different options I had available for my type of roof and their prices (very very fair prices compare to the other companies I've spoken to!!)After a quick zoom call meeting with I was assured the timeline of completion would be to my needs (as I was leaving for vacation and wanted it done before I leave). The permit was a breeze, start date, coordination with materials and inspections were always in direct communication from the owner himself... I did not expect this type of personal service and care from a roofing company. Â I was also given a log in portal access to see the progress of my job and any documentation I needed to have.
