What do you love most about your job?
Partnering with people along their life's journey and to see how they develop and grow internally. Something else that may seem small but I really enjoy about what I do: I encourage my clients to call in between sessions if they need something or get stuck and need a 10 minute refresh. Most do not call for that but amaze me when they call because something exciting happened to them and they wanted to share it with me. When you are coaching someone, especially with the style I use, there is a connection that is made that cannot be duplicated anywhere. You become a trusted source that many times people do not have in their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit. I enjoy creating my own destiny and know that will only happen by helping others to gain something that will inspire them or better their lives. When I did work for other companies I quickly became a trusted source for ideas and concepts what would help the company become a better entity. Often this started with company culture and developing staff so they could better handle the day to day operations with greater impact.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is not something that can be answered here. My suggestion is to read my bio, look me up on social media and get a feel for whom you are about to embark on a great journey with. Lastly call me and let's talk and see if we are a good fit together. Not all coaches are the same, we all have different strengths and areas that can fit with you better. Take your time to explore your options and find the one you feel will bring you the best experience to your life. I will offer a free initial meeting to make sure we are a good fit together.

I offer my services face-to-face, phone, and video conferencing (Zoom or Google Meets) based on what the client feels supports them the most.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have not had to make any major changes because most of my clients prefer to meet via phone or video conferencing.
Life Coaching

Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is a professional relationship between a trained coach and a client (who may be an individual or a group) with the goal to enhance the client’s leadership or management performance and development. Through a process of inquiry, dialogue, and other tools, the coach serves as a thought partner/soundboard to help the client examine and develop his or her decision-making, experiment with new ways of thinking and being, and commit to action steps that help achieve the client’s goals.
