Great place! My first time renting from EZ Party Rents was on June 19, 1991 for my daughter's first birthday. I have since, continued to rent here for graduations, my daughter's engagement party, her bridal shower and many birthday celebrations. Great service from Smart Party Rents. Maria was very patient and kind while I pondered what we needed after a memorial service. She explained the ranges in prices thoroughly. She gracefully accommodated a change in plans after the initial order was placed. She cheerfully offered to refund the difference because the new order was less expensive. My fiance and I are having our wedding at Orcutt Ranch in West Hills, and I've reached out to a handful of rental companies to get an initial quote. Smart Party Rents had very competitive prices, but what stood out the most was the customer service. Planning for a wedding could be very stressful, but Yamileth is so easy to work with. She's very professional and responds to emails very quickly. I've had to change our order numerous times, and Yami has always done so with a smile.
