Our basement flooded twice in a matter of days in 2018 from rain, and Smart Choice Cleaning answered the phone in the middle of the night and showed up with extraction equipment, fans and everything else we needed -- both times. They even worked with our insurance company to ensure the damages were covered. Mr. John Alzubi and his outstanding customer and quality home cleaning service I can't say enough great things! My dog is getting older now and having potty issues and his first times going in the house! Unfortunately was on our new rug when I came home from a meeting. Called up John this morning and his crew was here at my house in less that 30 minutes! Big shout out to his crew Morys and Isgrat that spot cleaned our big 9x12' living room rug to back to brand new and with a fresh not overdone to the senses!They were in and out in less than 30 mins so I can continue with my day with minimum interruption!If you need not only emergency cleaning but their bread and butter is a periodic cleaning schedule of your home or commercial spaces do not hesitate or go with anyone else! The upholstery cleaning services from Smart Choice is superb! I have white furniture and the technician (Yohance) was meticulous. He worked on the sofas like he was cleaning the owner of the company's items. My items looked FANTASTIC when he was through. Yohance got ink and soot out of my items that lingured for years. I had a well known cleaning team clean the same sofas last year and Smart Choice is, hands down, head and shoulders above in its upholstery cleaning abilities. The vibrancy of the sofas and dining chairs were restored.For what it's worth, you won't go wrong with choosing this company. BTW, the technician was punctual too. I had used Smart Choice before for carpet cleaning. We had some remodeling done and the contractor used Smart Choice to clean up after the project. I was so impressed that I have contracted with them for our weekly cleaning. They use green products (yay) and they work systematically to clean the house. They whole place sparkles and I am so happy when I come home from work. I have used many different cleaning services and had frankly given up on finding a service that lives up to my standards. I'm gladly recommending Smart Choice Cleaning. Not only they do terrific job cleaning carpet, they also go above and beyond accommodating customers. I called them on Friday, looking for next day service. While they didn't have slots open for Saturday they sent somebody to me on Sunday.
