Hello, my name is Clint Callahan. I've been in the trenches of social work and therapy since 2000, walking alongside thousands as they navigated life's challenges. But several years back, life threw a curveball my way, too. I was neck-deep in burnout, affecting every facet of my life—from my personal relationships to my once-thriving career.

Burnout didn't happen overnight; it came in four sneaky phases. First, I started isolating myself from friends. Then came neglecting my own well-being—skipping showers and basically letting myself go. The third phase was the hardest; I pulled away from my family, who would usually be my lifeline during tough times. By the fourth phase, even my career was hanging by a thread. The thought of quitting or getting fired became more real each day.

But deep down, I knew that quitting wasn't the answer. Instead, I chose transformation. I started making small but impactful changes—morning routines, better sleep, healthy boundaries at work, and nurturing my relationships. Slowly but surely, these changes made a huge difference. I got back in the game, not just as a renewed therapist but also as a more present husband, father, and human.

My course is all remote so that it eliminates the risk of my clients contracting Covid from each other.
