How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I have an initial consultation with each client (free of charge) to really understand their goals, any limitations, and any roadblocks to achieving their fitness goals. I then work with each client to develop a workout program that they enjoy and can maintain.
What do you love most about your job?
I love learning about health and fitness! Getting to work with each individual and seeing their growth inspires me! I love seeing other people improve their health, fitness and mindset.

I work with plenty of clients virtually, so I have systems set to help us achieve success. I build each clients’ program around what equipment they have access to. I conduct training sessions over Zoom, so we can do them in the comfort of your own home. I’ll guide you through your custom workout over Zoom, so I can see your form, you can ask questions, and let me know how you’re doing in real time.
