We used SLO Safe Ride for a small group wine tasting and had a great experience. A few days prior to the trip we had a few people cancel, and their team was quick to accommodate for our smaller group size. Our driver Frank was prompt and polite, and made us feel safe and prepared going through all Covid precautions. He made sure we knew where he kept Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer if we needed them, and was overall a great driver for the day. The workers and owners at SLO SR are top notch in my book. I booked 2 buses in march of 2020 for my wedding in SLO. They were helpful on the phone, and quick to answer last minute emails before signing a contract. Sadly, my wedding was postponed from april until oct do to covid. Safe ride made it easy to transfer my dates to oct for no additional cost, even tho oct is still part of their busy season and the rates are more that time of year. Unfortunately, my wedding venue 100% canceled my wedding, and i had to cancel all of my vendors including Safe Ride. Once again they were helpful and professional, ALONG with giving me a full refund. They mailed me a check immediately and i am very grateful for that. Although i never did get to use their services, based on their customer service alone i would recommend them and book them again if i ever needed their services in that area. Thank you staff! More...

We hired SLO safe ride  for my husband's 50th birthday. Prior to the event, I received confirmation emails with an itinerary which provided all the necessary details. I also called SLO Safe Ride several times with questions, and was impressed with the staffs courtesy  and professionalism. The bus was clean, we listened to our favorite party music, and our driver (Alison) was very nice and communicated with me during the event. I would recommend SLO safe ride every day of the week!! SLO Safe Ride is always my "go to" for event transportation for groups of all sizes. I recently hired them for an event that I was planning and used their Sprinter that was in mint condition. A few days prior to the event they sent a detailed itinerary with all the pertinent information for their services. Our driver, Greggory, was great to work with and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire day by updating me with his pick up and drop off schedule. Our Wine Group decided to give SLO Safe Ride a try for our Harvest Wine Tour to two Santa Ynez wineries in September . We are certainly glad we did! Our non-profit group chartered 2 buses for a local trip for our students. SLO RIDE was helpful,and responded to our various requests with thorough info. When we found that our numbers allowed us to route the buses a little differently, saving time, they quickly revised our schedule and made a refund. The drivers were great.
