The food was top notch!! All the meats had their own flavor profile. His sauce adds to it and not distract from it. portions were on par for the price and you can't beat fresh meat from an actual wood fire smoker...no pellets there!!

Got a chance to try SLO' Motion BBQ over the weekend. Tried the brisket, of course. Huge fan of Texas style brisket. It was very good. Visible smoke ring with deep penetration and excellent color. Meat was tender and juicy. Sliced right, against the grain about the thickness of a pencil. Good smoke infusion flavor. I'd have to say it was one of the better if not best servings of smoked brisket I've had in Wisconsin. Nice job. I'll be back. More...
