THE. BEST. TRAINER! I hate working out and I have always struggled to be active and get into a fitness routine. Now I get excited for my appointments, I truly enjoy getting my sweat on and burning those calories. With bad knees and a stiff back I’ve seen improvement in just a month. Graduating from college and within 6 years, I had been laid off 4 times. It was time for me to control my own outcomes.

I have an extensive health and wellness background bolstered by a bachelor's degree in health education and masters degree in health science, as well as my certifications in personal training and wellness coaching. I have 15 years of experience in the healthcare administration field and have trained people for 14 years. I am as well rounded and informative a person that you can find on the subject of health, as well as having a passion for helping people meet their goals.

What separates me from other trainers is that I have been on the same side as my clients. More than a decade ago I was 70lbs heavier than I needed to be and struggling with my eating behaviors. I lost the weight and bested diabetes with discipline and a "healthy fear." I believe that my triumph is not specific to me and that I can help anyone learn how to lead a healthier life.

Yes. I use Zoom or Skype. These sessions are best when the client has some type of equipment to work with.

Temperature checks are taken at every session as well as hand sanitation before and post session.
