I believe that a senior partner has broken a very important law. It is called breach of confidentiality. He has communicated to the opposition a statement made to him in confidence. This to me is a an outrageous act even for an a try..it may even cost his client their life. More...

Rick Z*** and his staff were very attentive through the entire process after we lost our daughter in an automobile accident from the negligence of someone else. Rick was very aggressive in getting down to the facts of the case and always communicated with us when new findings came about. He was readily available when we would call and need to talk him about anything. Rick was up front and left no stone unturned in getting to the bottom of the case. We live in Virginia and the accident occurred in Ohio, and being so far away we thought this would be difficult to do, But Rick and his staff were on top of it every step of the way.
