Full Service Investment

A curated hands on package to create a bespoke affaire. Starting from the beginning we will work with you on finding your dream event location as well as the recommendations of quality licensed vendors. We will be with you to create a concrete time line as well as a constant liaison between you and your vendors.
Other services included:
-Providing planning checklists based around your wedding date to help with organization.
-Recommended guest accommodations and group transportation.
-Management of rental items including, but certainly not limited to, specialty linens, china, flatware and lighting.
- Detailed production schedules for your wedding weekend as it begins
-Management of the final walk-through at the venue to confirm all the space diagrams, production schedules and details are accurate.

You did the leg work of booking your event space but need help planning the rest? This is where we jump in! Same as a full planning package, we create a list of trust worthy vendor options as well as a realistic timeline. We will ensure you stay on calendar with monthly check-ins and suggest what target goals you should check off along the way. We are available for event guidance every step. We will assist in the aesthetic of your event as well as month-of coordination. Pre-booked any vendors of your choice? We will go through each contract with a fine toothed comb to insure no problems will arise. Let us help you enjoy the moments!

Event Management
( A.K.A. Day Of) Starts 6 weeks from event date
This is the perfect package to tie up all your loose ends, to ensure a stress free month leading up to your big day. We know all the effort, emotions and finances that go into each event. Let us pick up where you left off . To start we would have an initial meet up, call or video call in which we would discuss your timeline and booked vendors. From there we’ll be your point of contact for all vendors helping organize the days leading up until. Other services included are, a customized floor plan, vendor walk through of space, management of a rehearsal, set up and break down of space. Included onsite day of would be one assistant. After a 200 guest count we typically bring on an additional assistant for extra coverage.

We believe it is important to not only have a unified look but also a guest experience that matches the feel of your event style. We offer custom event styling using images, color swatches, linens and written narratives to establish an overall design concept. We work with you to create a true vision of your celebration before we start planning the design elements of your event.
Event styling can be an add on with planning services or it can be quoted as a stand-alone service to help pull together your event details, colors, style and atmosphere into a cohesive brand and style for your wedding.
Options of event design can include, backdrop design, signage, floral design, material sourcing or anything else you can imagine.
